About this Form

Submitting this form adds fields to a Google Drive spreadsheet on a schedule. For the purpose of this form it’s Monday around 4:00 AM.

  1. A list of ALL fields required. Please be specific.
  2. The form name OR the URL of form the page is on.
  3. How often they want the automation to run: Immediately, daily, weekly, monthly etc.
  4. Confirmation that the client understands that there will be additional charges for this service.

  2. Clone the scenario
  3. Create a new web hook
  4. Use the client name and add it to the Notion template here.

In Gravity Forms:

  1. Install the webhooks plugin
  2. Fill out the necessary fields
