Information Needed from Clients
- A list of ALL fields required. Please be specific.
- The form name OR the URL of form the page is on.
- How often they want the automation to run: Immediately, daily, weekly, monthly etc.
- Confirmation that the client understands that there will be additional charges for this service.
Important Notes
- All web examples are located in the cfmwebprojects@gmail.com account. Please contact development@bostonenv.com to set up a new client account.

Developer Setup
Before beginning: Make sure you have all of the required information above. If information is missing, please send it back to the requester.
In Make.com:
- Located in Scenarios > Form Templates > Gravity Forms to Google Drive Spreadsheet (Scheduled)
- Clone the scenario
- Create a new web hook
- Use the client name and add it to the Notion template here.
In Gravity Forms:
- Install the webhooks plugin
- Fill out the necessary fields
