About this Form

Submitting this form automatically adds fields to a Google Drive spreadsheet in realtime.

  1. A list of ALL fields required. Please be specific.
  2. The form name OR the URL of form the page is on.
  3. How often they want the automation to run: Immediately, daily, weekly, monthly etc.
  4. Confirmation that the client understands that there will be additional charges for this service.

  2. There are charges associated with automations. Please reach out to Jenn or Erin for more details.

Before beginning: Make sure you have all of the required information above. If information is missing, please send it back to the requester.

In Make.com:

  1. Located in Scenarios > Form Templates > Gravity Forms to Google Drive Spreadsheet (Automatically)
  2. Clone the scenario
  3. Create a new web hook
  4. Use the client name and add it to the Notion template here.

In Gravity Forms:

  1. Install the webhooks plugin
  2. Fill out the necessary fields
